English country house meets Paris apartment. Our large Limoges porcelain cachepot marries French artistry with the perennial appeal of Chinoiserie design. Set against an uncommon background of muted mint green, this vintage piece features a masterfully executed, vibrant botanical pattern.

The underside retains the original paper label from Au Vase Étrusque, the legendary luxury boutique located at 11 Place de la Madeleine in Paris. Under the direction of Louis Damon, this elite establishment catered exclusively to high society and international aristocrats, commissioning bespoke collections from France’s finest artisans. The piece features the green underglaze "R" laurel factory mark alongside the distinctive blue circular Raynaud swan stamp, dating its production between the mid-1920s and 1940s.

This versatile vessel is as functional as it is decorative and is perfect for potting a favorite plant, elevating a kitchen countertop as a gourmet utensil holder, or serving as an ultra-elevated champagne chiller for entertaining.

Sourced in Sudbury, Massachusetts.

Dimensions: 8''H, 8"D
