Our oversized vintage mallard tray is a striking example of midcentury sporting decor, blending the hunt club heritage of the 1950s and 60s with a classic English country aesthetic. Cast in a heavy, silver-tone metal that celebrates the durability and luster of hand-wrought aluminum and pewter, this substantial piece serves as both a functional vessel and a bold sculptural statement.
We usually find these in small sizes, but this tray is a rare exception. It’s large enough to actually style—think a stack of art books, a candle, and a small vase of flowers. Or perhaps some sweet treats! At 22 inches in length, It’s the perfect anchor for a large coffee table or a grand entry.
