Centrum Hunt Scene Tray

We especially like the gilded fleur-de-lis corner accents against the deep hunter green. While made in China as part of Centrum’s vintage-inspired décor collection, it retains the refined aesthetic of antique toleware pieces once prized in English drawing rooms.

Centrum was a British homewares brand active from the mid-20th century, known for producing decorative metal trays, tins, and household accents that blended traditional English motifs with accessible postwar design. Their pieces often featured hand-painted including hunting parties, florals, and countryside imagery, and were sold in department stores and gift shops throughout the UK and abroad.

Centrum trays became especially popular during the 1950s–1970s as part of the revival of “country house” style, when equestrian and pastoral themes symbolized refinement and British heritage.
