Return Policy:

Items may only be returned for online store credit. 

Our policy lasts for 15 days. If more than 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot accept your return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your return will be processed, and a credit, minus the cost of the return shipping, will automatically be applied to your account. 

To begin your exchange, please send an email to concierge@alekka.com with your name, order number, and reason for return. We'll then authorize the return and email you a return label. Alekka has the right to deny credit for any returned goods that do not meet the requirements of our return policy.

Please note all discounted items and international orders are final sale.

Shipping:

Our standard delivery method is USPS Ground. All orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days. 

Worldwide shipping is available and information will be provided at checkout upon entering your mailing address.
